Yes. Revs has the Helmut Schroer racing programs, which document almost every German road race 1947-1982, low level to the top Grand Prix. The 1960 German Grand Prix is in Box 5. 

Schröer's files include newspaper clippings, practice and race time sheets, car changes, and post-race reports. The files include many international races and rallies, as well as East German motorcycle and Formula Junior races.

Very little is known about Helmut Schroer. It appears he was a private collector and may have written occasional racing articles. His vital dates are unknown, but he probably lived in Mülheim an der Ruhr.
